Our Team
The team at Xylogic draws upon deep subject matter expertise in process engineering, research, agribusiness, commercial forestry and business development. A unique combination of capabilities with a dedicated focus on creating new value from existing raw materials that are grown and processed at scale around the world.
Xylogic’s intellectual property enables exceptional returns from new uses of plantation forestry: supporting the expansion of the most efficient, and ancient, form of atmospheric decarbonisation, while also creating a portfolio of new products to address modern challenges such as soil remediation, abiotic stress management in cropping and efficient critical mineral recovery from raw ores and spent batteries.
Xylogic has received initial funding support from the University of Adelaide and also from Bioplatforms Australia.
Bioplatforms Australia is a non-profit organisation that supports Australian life science research by investing in state-of-the-art infrastructure and expertise in genomics, proteomics, metabolomics and bioinformatics. This is made possible through investment funding provided by the Commonwealth Government National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS). Its mission is to enhance these research capabilities, support innovation and help transform scientific outcomes into tangible benefits for Australians.
Xylogic appreciates the early support that the University of Adelaide and Bioplatforms Australia have provided, and we look forward to charting a successful path to commercialisation with their support in the years ahead.
